No flowers for Mo m

It looks like my Mom isn't the only one NOT getting flowers for Mother's Day thanks to Teleflora. I placed on online order May 5th. On the calender I chose May 6th (Fri.) delivery day which was an option. She never received them on Friday. Saturday evening I got a hold of customer service. Although Michael was very kind, he informed me that she won't be getting them until Monday... Or I can cancel the order if I would like. He did try to contact the florist, who by this time had closed for the day, and has no Sunday delivery. They chose a florist way too far away, when we have hundreds of local florists in the area. I asked him since they have my email address, phone number, etc. Why did they not contact me, or why didn't the florist contact me, which would have been very simple to do, and inform me that they couldn't deliver so at least I would have some sort of time to try to come up with other arrangements. No one made any attempt to contact me. He said it is very busy time and they just can't fill all the orders in time. THEN DON"T TAKE THE ORDER AT ALL!!! Now I look like a thoughtless daughter thanks to Teleflora. I will NEVER use or recommend them or Harold's Florist??? In Pittsburgh (who ever that is) for their incompetence for not calling me either to let me know they couldn't deliver!!! Please... Save your self the grief and heartache, and call a florist in the area and place your order personally.
