Received letter in mail that I need to send in the periodic report and $225 to the address in letter.
I had just done this a couple of months ago to Colorado Treasurer and only cost $10, so I thought that I had done something wrong. We are a newly formed LLC and don't now all the in and outs yet. I was curious when there wasn't a phone number to contact.
I heard about this on Channel 9 News that this was a ripoff, I happen to have a little time before leaving for work and was watching for the weather for today (4/4).
It is very easy to go to the Colordo State websit and get information on all new and existing companies. Hopefully the state will do something about it.
