I too received the letter and recognize it as a SCAM or at least an attempted RIP OFF since it only costs $10 to file the annual report online with Secretary of State.

SOS does NOT have a Colorado Corporate Control Unit listed, but there is a similar "Corporate Controllers Unit" at 600-17th St. Suite 2800 South, Denver, 80202'

Set up on1/20, a Foreign Entity an also registered in Nevada.
