Denied Loan Modification After Two Years, Now Facing Foreclosure

I have been in a loan modification process with CitiMortgage from April until 2011. Now they say I am heading into foreclosure.

I made my payments and did everything they asked. I sent them every document they requested, again and again, for more than 2 years. Only recently did I find out they turned me down.

I am now told to pay 26,000 dollars before April. Please help me. Thank you.
