National Loan Resolutions Criminals Took $4500.00 from me for a loan modification, and now my house is in foreclosure. Please help me put these world class criminals behind bars. They are in the

Scam!!! Scam!!! Scam!!! In June of I paid $4500.00 to NLR Mods to process a modification for my primary home and for my previous residence, which I had not been able to sell. Recently, I received a Trustee's Notice of Sale from my bank regarding my previous residence telling me that they had denied my modification three months prior, and to catch up with my payments or else the house will be sold in April 13 @ 1:00.in addition, my mortgage company is now charging me $1500.00 extra to reinstate the loan. NLR mods had told me I didn't have to make my mortgage payments while the modification was in progress. When it was denied, they said not to worry, that they would try again. My primary residence is currently on a trial loan modification, and now my bank has not decided whether they are going to offer a permanent loan modification. The property with a foreclosure date is most likely going to go into foreclosure.

NLR Mods is nowhere to be found. On their website: www.nationalloanresolutions.com they refer their clients to attorney Jeremy Roark. I called that attorney and he says all files have been shredded and that NLR Mods has taken the money and run, and that he is no longer associated with them. Another name associated with this scam is Joe Hendriecksen. These criminals continue to rip people off under the same business name National Loan Resolutions Law Center or under new aliases.

Please do not hand your money to NLR Mods or to anyone offering to get you a loan modification or to help you with your debt and financial troubles. Save your money. Save your home, and your credit.
