Purchased the software for my phone and it did not work and they said that they would refund me my money in fourteen business days which was on the 30 of March. They did not put my money back onto my credit card. They gave me a refund confirmation number and everything and still did not receive my money. I sent them everything that they ask for and they said that they would send me my money. I waited until the 31 and checked my credit card and they still had not put my money on my card. I have went to twitter and facebook and let everyone know that they are crooks if I knew what city they were in I would log a complaint with the Attorney General of their state. When we were corresponding with e-mails I tried to get them to give me a telephone number so I could speak with a real person they would not give me a number so I have no other avenue but to log complaints where I can.
