Purchase the product around March 9 the phone that i had could not download the software that they had provided sent them the make and serial number of the phone i had it did not have bluetooth capabilities and they said that they would refund my money they gave me a refund confirmation number which is 361974 and said i would receive my refund within fourteen business days which would have been the 30 of March i checked my credit card on the 31 and they had not refunded my money onto my credit card my order number was 174247663 i believe that they just said that to keep me from e-mailing them everyday as i was doing trying to get the problem resolved. Which they refused to do they said if they found that the equipment could not support their product they would refund my money. The phone i had was at least five years old did not have cables that could connect to a computer and was not bluetooth capabilities. They just lied to me i e-mail them on the 31 and the 1 of april with no response. That is why i am filing this report
