I went into the lobby of Covert Buick on or about March 13. I stood around in the Lobby for about 15-20 mins. I was the only person there. During this time no one ask me if they could help me, why I was there or just simply acknowledge the fact that I was in their place of business and mind you, there were plenty of sales people available. After accepting the fact that no one was going to help me I took ten steps over to the receptionist who at this time still didn't ask if she could help me. I spoke and told her who I was looking for, she paged him and just left it at that, which I thought was awful. After the page I waited a good 10 min and no one came out, so at this point I decided apparently eveyone had met their quota and no one needed to sale a car. I walked out. I ended of purchasing the car anyway but I really couldn't believe after spending the amount of money that I did they didn't even change the damage tires that were on the front of the car, that is a safety issue. The reason given to me for them not changing the tires was because "they negotiated the price too low and if I didn't want the car the way it was then I didn't have to buy it." I have never been told this by a back alley dealer so I was really surprised to hear this coming from a major dealership. I will notify BBB and the Attorney General.
