I bought a 2011 Buick Enclave and its a nice car. I had 35000 and less miles on the tires and they caused a vibration in the steering column. I tool it in and the dealership said it was excessive wear on the tires. I called michelin tires and thats another complaint. But when I asked the dealership to help out not much when I asked GM to step in and take charge they offered me 15% off another set of tires. The CS person Christina was a jerk and said quickly "do you want to take the deal we offered" I said I didn't know there was a deal. I told her flat out NO and I will never buy another GM car. I'll start buying foreign. She didn't care.
