Butler Chevrolet Buick General Motors dealership in Pembroke, Ontario willfully, knowingly and deliberately misrepresented the price of selling a car to me in order to close a sale.in December I placed an order on a 2010 Buick LaCrosse.
On March 24 I was advised that to take delivery of the car I had to put an additional 10 percent down over and above the signed and agreed to terms. I told the Leasing Manager that this was never discussed upon ordering or at any subsequent time and there was no where in any agreement that this was agreed to. He indicated this was company policy. I asked to "show me where it was written" in our contract. His response "Show me where it is not written.
I had received another offer from another GM dealership which I now know was better than the false and misleading offer made by Butler Chevrolet Buick. I have now lost money and considerable time due to Butler Chevrolet Buick General Motors misrepresentation of the facts to close a sale
