Refused to perform repairs/replacement covered 100% by General Motors new car warranty without charging the customer for inspecting and then for replacing defective parts, tires.
Would Trice Hughes Buick then have managed to be paid by both the customer and by General Motors? I believe that is what they intended, that they are crooked!
A different Buick Dealer replaced three defective tires the next day under GM new car warranty at no cost to the car owner, just like any Buick dealer is supposed to do.
