I took my vehicle for repairs to a shop. The shop owner said that the problem was the transmission. I then submitted my warranty. The secure services so far i have been denied. The warranty company is demanding a record of past maintenance on the vehicle. The shop owner said that after 8 months all records are shredded to save space. This is the only shop that has done maintenance. So far we have not been able to get any answers or solutions. It's extremely difficult to speak to anyone in the company. I'm beginning to think it's a bogus company that has a BBB rating of F. Please help. Mary kirkland
