Bought a 55" Samsung TV last year for 5K. Samsung said it was a month out of warranty and I needed to call a repair company. We called Ayo K, they were quick to respond, tried to repair the tv at home, could not, took it to their shop. Was told it was repaired with a 611.50 bill! Set it up, didn't work. They got it to work, left and then the tv was not working again. They have a 30 dy warranty on their receipt. I tried to call them now for over two weeks and they do not answer their phone and their voice box is full. I would like to have my tv repaired so that I can watch it. I did pay over 600.00 for repairs, it's suppose to be guaranteed!
