I purchased a Samsung 46" LED TV on 02/12 from Zibdirect. Upon confirming my order, I was then informed that a 7% insurance fee had to be included to ship my TV. I received a confirmation e-mail with the tracking information and company it was being shipped by. Upon checking the tracking number I could not locate my order. On 02/27, I contacted Zibdirect and spoke with Henry. I told him that I did not receive my TV yet and attempted to track it with the tracking number and could not locate it. I then told him I wanted to cancel my order and he became argumentative with me, refused to cancel my order and then hung up on me. I then called back on 02/28 and spoke with Elliot, he said he checked with the trucking company and the TV had been shipped. He said he would call me back with more specific details of when the TV would be delivered and he never called back. I contacted the shipping company and they had no record of the TV. I still have not received my TV or have gotten a call from the shipping company. I recommend anyone considering purchasing from Zibdirect to purchase from a different vendor, even if they have the cheapest price! They have no customer service, were rude and charged hidden fees after the purchase was made and don't ship the product that was purchased. This company are scam artists.
