Employees forced me into a cab and had the driver take me to Kissimmee, threatened to have me arrested because they said I smelled like alcohol. I had to pay again for another bus ticket to Tampa that cost 25 additional dollars on top of the 88 I already paid to go to Bradenton. I had to wait all day in Kissimmee for a bus. Unbeknownst to me, the bus had to connect in Orlando. The second I stepped off the bus, employees told me I was trespassing and would be arrested. I was forced to go outside, alone in the dark and was robbed of all my cash, credit cards, passport and other personal items. My friend had to come 1 1/2 hours to pick me up. Then I found out my card was swiped TWICE for the same ticket for a trip I never went on and now have been charged three times! I was lucky I was only robbed and not anything else. Greyhound threw me out in the street like a dog with no concern about my personal safety. I will get a lawyer and pursue this until something is done.
