On june 19th 07 I ordered one ticket from greyhound bus lines a response came back (sorry we can not complete your online purchase.
So i tryed three more times and got the same response, the same week i received my credit card statement, and the balance was wrong.
I called the credit card company, and they said greyhound had charged my account for two tickets, the card company told me to call greyhound and ask for member autherized removal.
As a result there was a three way phone conference myself, greyhound and my card co. The greyhound rep. Would be willing to release the charge but when my card co. Ask for the two ticket numbers she said ther were none.
End result i now have to wait for my next statement and dispute the charges and it will be a long process before i get my money back from greyhound.
