On 3-11 at 11:50 am, a truck broke off my mirror of my car and dinted the right side and my bumper is off. He got out and kicked it under my car. Someone called an officer. He told the witness to leave a note on the car. I called my insurance company and had to tow my car. Spoke to them and they refused to pay for my repairs. They said if i don't have the license of the truck then they didn't do it. But the witness seen them and that's how i got the info. I need help with this matter.
