I bought a washer and dryer and the delivery date was set up. On the delivery date i was called to dleay it for one day. On the next delivery date I was called again to postpone it for two days because the dryer was damaged. On the third delivery date they showed up with dryer only. We called the store and they stated that they have no clew what is going on. It has been a week now and we are waiting. Next time it is not going to be Best Buy. I have a silver status with the reward Zone which indicates i make good purchases there but it is now time to move on.
