My dog got out one day & found this veterinary clinic. He must have falling in love with it because anytime he got out he would go straight there. At first they thought it was funny, but then they started calling the pound saying he was a neglected dog. He was never neglected he just had a fascination with their clinic. They knew I didn't live far away & could be there within a few minutes to pick him up, but that didn't matter to them. One day when I was looking everywhere for our dog I called them to see if they had him & they told me they did not. I called the pound & they did not have him either. Six days later I received a message from the pound saying that they received a call from a vet about an abandoned dog & I never came to collect him so they put him down. Needless to say we were furious. I complained to them many times & all they told me was it was our fault & they were very rude. If they REALLY cared about animals & there well being, they would contact the owners, especially when they can tell the animal is not neglected & they knew our dog had thing for their clinic. I have put off complaining about them for many reasons, but I just found out they have done other things to friends of mines animals. We have all decide to complain publicly, others need to know.
