LifeKey Healthcare Inc. (Berkely Premium Nutraceuticals, Inc)
Lifekey Inc. (Berkeley premium neutraceuticals inc.) owned by Michael Holigan has entered another unwitting sap into his autobill scam...?..?

I responded to a television advertisement in which a "free" 30 day supply of male enhancement product was Enzyte for a "nominal" (HA!) $4.50 charge. I, as many other adventurous or embarassed males and or females thought that was a great deal... And worth a shot... But alas. The word FREE hides a devious web of unpresented charges and sturdy script fed "supervisors" that know how to repeat policy till sheepish embarassed males buckle for a half credit. So I elected for a free sample and paid my $4.50 cents. What a fool we mortals be...

I got the "free" product and popped a pill of it. It tasted like horse manure smells. Effective? Maybe an effective placebo. Well to make a long story even longer. About a month later a 2 month supply came along with a printed form note from the Director of Established Accounts: Michael Johnson. Funny, since i only signed up for a free sample, I hardly see how that makes me an "established customer". This slip stated that enclosed is my "pre-scheduled" shipment. And that i have been charged $69.95.. But free shipping for "established customers".

This was an immediate WTF. Absolutely no one informed me I would be signed up for an autoship/autobill program when i called for the "free" sample. Had they done so... My credit card number would not have been given. That same min i went on the website and cancelled this "program" that i had been included in without option to decline. To cancel they also ask for your card number again... Bad...

The next day I called the "customer care" number to rectify this obvious mistake on their part. After explaining my situation to the primary "customer care" giver they proceded to go over policy and assured me that every order "free" sample or not is signed up for that program. And that i would have been told all of this prior to my order.

I assured the "customer care" representative that I was not given any prior warning to this or i would have never given my credit card number for the inital $4.50 "shipping" charge for the "free" sample. I asked that they rectify this situation by crediting my account back the entire $69.95. I asked for a supervisor when I realised that the person i was speaking to could not help rectify this situation. The supervisor Willie (6506) (No last name. Hmmmmm...) then proceded to repeat policy and cast assuptions that i had been properly notified of this autobill/autoship program.

I repeated that i would have never called for the free sample if i had known. After much wasted time and heated frustrations from hearing him talk to me like i was stupid and repeat himself he started making offers... To refund half of my money and I could keep the product I had never ordered... Or he could refund all but $10 dollars as a courtesy once they recieved the 60 day supply back. All of these options given as only a "courtesy" involved LifeKey company keeping some more of my money.

Thinking perhaps this was an anomaly, i called customer care again and asked for a supervisor... I explained my situation fully and i experienced almost the exact same experience, except this "supervisor" was a tad more honest. He admitted that he gets alot of calls like this when i asked him. He was only able to offer the same 2 options given to me previously. But this time this suprevisor said the only way a full credit would be issued was if I had a signed note from a doctor stating that I could not take this product or if I had canceled prior to shipment. Simply insane.

So i decided to try and somehow contact Michael Johnson: "Director of Established Accounts" Since the supervisor "willie" only offered an address to mail him, i decided to search for a phone number or email address. Finding almost nothing on this man I happened to stumble upon the name Michael Holigan in a search at google.com. Michael Holigan is the owner of Lifekey Healthcare Inc. The distributor of Enzyte.

So i did a little more looking about on google for Michael Holigan and found he is quite an up and coming not to mention enterprising buisness man/home improvement celebrity...

http://www.holigan.com/
http://www.holiganracing.com/
to name a few. Very impressive.

Lets hope he is just so busy he doesn't realize that something strange is going on in never never land... Or is taking the apropriate steps to rectify these unrightfully charged "established" "free" sample "customers"...

Any company that stands by their product and buisness practices would have no problem in rectifying a mistake made by their company by crediting any unwanted orders back fully.

If this happens to you immediately report it to your bank..
