Re-Max Corporation Co-Conspirators in selling real estate procured by mortgage service fraud and illegal evictions

Jose Loeza, a 14 year Re-Max Pacific Property real estates agent lead me to believe that the incorrect address in my loan documents were for another property. He said he was going to relay that informatin to my mortgage servicer Aurora Loan Services.

While, I waited for my loan documents to be corrected, my Aurora Loan Services, my mortgage servicer foreclosed on my home. Even they did not have proper transfer of mortgage assignments from the Loan Originator which was Lehman Brothers Bank-

Now, Jose Loeza, had procured a writ of possession for a property with a similar address. He called the L.A.P.D. To report a break-in at my address. Several car loads of police officers responded. Now, I have a 2.5 million dollar lawsuit against Re-Max Pacific Properties, Viercles Siercles, the brother on record and Jose Loeza.

The case was filed in the San Pedro Courthouse
