We bought a house an the real estate agent financed it throuh Aurora Loan services.
Since day one, everything we hav paid on it, they have put in escrow or for interest. Have not applied even one penny to the principle.
We have had this loan more than a year.
We plan to refinance and get away from them, but we have given them many thousands of dollars for absolutely nothing in return.
I wonder if a lawsuit would do any good, because the bank that owns Aurora loan Services, Lehman, is about to be taken over by the feds.
I also wonder if when itis taken over by the feds, they will fix some of these problems.
Count us in on the class action suit, but the wohle problem with that is, many people will lose their home to aurora loan services and have their credit damaged before the suit is completed.
There must be some way to prevent that from happening.
