Customer Service terrible

Had a glich with my credit card. They didn't even try to contact me. Never sent me a letter. Just turned me over to collection agency. I have paid in full, but they keep calling. Printing press doesn't perform like they show on TV. Good Luck with this company!

I cancelled the order, tried to contact the company (telephone and email), and did so daily over the course of a week... 10 days after my last email to the company and 14 days after I had initially cancelled the order, they charged my credit card!
