Two days later Hilda showed up at my doorstep with paperwork stating their company was retained by my mortgage loan servicer (Bank of America Home Loans) regarding my loan. Apparently, mortgage companies have hired Titanum Solutions Inc to go door to door and approach home owners directly to get the homeowner to short sale their distressed property in order for the loan servicer, agent and Titanium to make a quick profit off distressed properties.
