Unsafe driving conditions

Hello, I hope that you could help me out! I have purchased a 2007 Hyundai Sonata from Lynn Ma, 2 years ago. The car melts in the summer from the sun, and the inside cracks (glass) from the cold. I brought my car to the dealership two weeks ago to get my break light replaced and my airbag light was on. Come to find out there was a recall on the airbags. Krista Ferrante which is a service advisor, rudely came out to the waiting room where me and other unhappy customers were waiting and she said, you have a recall on the airbags and we have to keep your car, and you have to go get a rental. I said, ummm and where am i getting a rental with no money. She says, we reimburse you, i said OK that is all well and good but i don't have a credit card or debit or $300 to rent a car. She said you can't borrow it, i said if i could borrow it that easy i would, but everyone is unemployed and broke like me. I am a single mother of 3 children, on unemployment and I'm on my last extension and it is not even enough to pay my rent, bills, car, etc, i can't afford a rental. She says well i don't know what to tell you. So i walked away and went back into the waiting room. The other women that were in there listen to me when i told them what just happened. One lady said that Krista Ferrante is on drugs and i need to go to the manager. Another one said they can give you a free loaner car, they gave me one. So i go and contact the manager, Pat Gillan. I told him what was going on, how rude Krista was and he said she is my best service advisor and i said i bet she is, she is a quick talker and a strong talker (hussler) so any weak willed person coming in here, will just get things fixed and give her their money and you all are loving that. Then i asked him for a free loaner car, and he said we don't give free loaner cars. (which after i left i received a survey and on the survey it states did we give you a free loaner car) I said so you are going to have me drive off of this lot, drive a car with defected airbags because you are refusing to give me a free loaner car. I said rental agents take credit cards for collateral, you have my $12,000 car as collateral. I said well if anything happens to me and my kids because we are broke and you just care about your profits i will see you in court. He said let me talk to the higher up management and i will get back to you. I gave him 2 days and he never got back to me, well he emailed me and said he was in the hospital give him another day, i gave him 3 days more and still nothing! So what I'm asking you is, can you help me out? Is there anything more i can do besides yelling to the world that Pride Hyundai motor group in Lynn, ma does not care about their customers. The car is not safe and if the shift is melting when it is hot out, what else is melting in that car that i don't even know, what if it goes up in flames while me and my children are in it. God forbid, but what if we get in an accident, with the airbags defected or what if they just pop out while i'm driving? Please helpVeronica
