The gold finish on the band of a rather expensive watch from Invicta given to me as a wedding anniversary gift from my wife deteriorated badly in the first several months of wear. When this was brought to their attention we were told that the warranty didn't cover bands. After several discussions with both the retailer, JC Penney's, and Invicta, Invicta indicated they would be happy to sell us a replacement band.invicta Customer Service Representatives are both arrogant, and condescending.
As for the comapny itself, why would anyone want to buy another watch band that would simply deteriorate yet again, and again, and again, and again... Ad infinitum, ad nauseum... Too bad for Invicta, poor quality materials in combination with even poorer customer service makes it a one time sale. I'm back to my Pulsar, Seiko and Casio.
