Talked with Connectech about some issues I had been having with my web connection. I had been educated when they could assist me, I'd be cost $99 but when they mightnot, I'dn't be billed. The specialist that I talked with was not able to assist me and so I 'thought' that I'dnot be charged. I received my statement today and that I was billed. Named and talked with boss 'Ernest' and he explained that since I invested time-on the telephone having a technology that I'd be billed. Our issue was/is 'how might technology understand whether he may help me if he does not spend some time with me about the telephone'. Main point here is, you'll be billed whether they are able to assist you to or not. Exactly what a fraud!!! They have to inform everybody that calls that they can be billed whether or not they'll have the ability to assist you to.
