Synovialabs, Synovialabs2, Would not correspond after issuing me an rma#. Did not refund me as stated in their 60 day money back guarantee even though I was in compliance

Terrible product!!! Faitox 25 made new wrinkles!!! I sent it backwithin a monthaccording to 60day guarantee requirements... Same package, paperwork, rma-which was recieved thru the [email protected] email.

Mailed via USPS delivery confirmation, they received it andDID NOT refund me. Nor would they correspond with me after they issued me an rma#.

For disputing purposes with my bank I found their phone number via google but it wasnot theirphone number. The first # is the one I contacted andis an unaffliatedbusiness: 210-568-8116,888-508-4510-claims to be for private label, 210-277-0020 don't know about this #. I cancelled my bank card just in case because they obviously are fraudulent!
