A to z claims issued refund to buyer giving fraudulent address

I have been selling on Amazon over a year! I have never had a package that I have bought or one I have sent that has never arrived! I've sold over 34 articles this year and have held a 5 star rating! Amazon has suddenly closed my seller account saying I have not met their performance standard! How you do that, carrying a five star rating the past 12 months is beyond me! I have recently been in dispute with A to Z claims through Amazon who refunded a buyer for a lenses he gave Amazon a fraudulent address that also was insufficient! The address was his employer which is a large firm that had several buildings at that address and each had several floors! The buyer never even supplied his name on shipping label which Amazon gave me to mail to! The firm has no mail delivery but has Firm Caller Service through the USPS and they send an authorized agent to pick up the mail daily from the USPS! The mail was delivered and scanned as delivered to address by USPS on a specific date and time! The buyer contacted me that package never arrived! I even had my Supervisor at the Post office it was mailed from, contact the Post office it was delivered by! They explained that the address had multiple buildings and they have their mail picked up daily by an authorized agent! It was picked up and scanned delivered the date stated! Amazon had USPS dates of when shipped, cost, when it arrived and when delivered! They also had my Supervisors name and phone number to call and further verify all information! A to Z issued the buyer a refund of $560.49 from my account in which I sold other merchandise from! I am out a $560.00 lens and I paid another $560.00 to a buyer, confiscated out of my account! Now after sending an appeal and four request to escalate Amazon suddenly has closed my listings and account!

Amazon states that sellers need to send signature confirmation, besides delivery confirmation, but they only reimburse Seller for delivery confirmation! I just received a Kindle Fire I bought for my wife! No signature required and left on porch! Perhaps Sellers who have gotten ripped off by Amazon should begin ordering expensive merchandise and just claiming not arrived and request refunds or another delivery! That way the Sellers who have made Amazon so much money selling could recoup what Amazon has ripped off them to repay fraudulent claims! After all, they don't even practice what they now insist the Sellers must do to protect their merchandise sent when a buyer says it did not arrive! I've been dealing with Amazon many years and highly recommended them always!

Now I would say they are more crooked than the consumers who go out of their way to rip off these big companies!
