This company is a direct mail response company. They send out mailings with products that they offer and guarantee. I tried one of their products and it didn't do anything that they claimed it would do. So I mailed it back to them with a delivery confirmation. They received it on December 8. I called them to find out why I had not received my refund and they stated to me that since I purchased one of the two bottles, (it was a buy 1 get one free), that I would not be refunded for the second bottle. Basically, they don't refund anyone any money as they say they do in their guarantee.
I am so tired of these companies making themselves rich by lying to the public.!
