Trying to get more education on Tattooing and being ripped off by false statements. Paid $69.00 for course never recieved it. Took the test on line never recieved a certificate. Will not answer my e-mails or send a refund. I think they should be accountable for there actions. If I was to do this I would be punished why are companies like this allowed to do bussiness. I guess companies like this can just ripe you off and get away with it. Now I will try legal means to get justice, if there is any.
