Stole money from my debit card!

I ordered few products worth 114$. I have not received anything 20 days later!!! No response has been given to my e mails asking for claryfications. Those people are simply thieves! Never buy anything from them they do not have telephone number and do not answer to e-mails!!!
I will take legal actions against them as my account was robbed...
