Tat smart they were reqiered to send a certification after the test was past, no cert showed, no answer to emails or phone calls

I sent the money via master card and it was recieved, my cerification for the exam i wrote was supposed to be sent out after 10 tens but, 3 months later i never recieved it, wrote numerious email to the company never recieved an answer back, called numerous times and never recieved an answer back, complete rip off
