I told the clerk about it twice and want my change back due to no service (but this time, my tire went flat because of attemps to press the air in) Clerk didn't give my money back and told me to go Shell next to it (???) I had to pay another $1 to get the right service. I came back to Chervon to ask for the store manager # to tell him to fix the Air... The clerk, this time gave me the change and told me not to come back to the store like I was robbing. I told him that I just want the air get fixed since he told me he had to pay out of his pocket. I didn't take the changes for this reason and left. Your service need to repay the customer the $ if they get no service and employees need to be trained how to deal with the situation like this.
