1&1 Internet, Inc. Chesterbrook, Pennsylvania, Thieves, got my credit card # someway and charged my account - seeing charge on my statement 1st I've heard of them!

When going over my credit card statement, I saw apayment of $44.94 made to 1&1 Internet, Inc. Chesterbrook PA. I didn't recall making any purchase with that company. When googling their name, I see they are a domain name web host provider. I don't have a web site. I have no clue how they got my credit card #.
