1&1 Internet, 1 And 1 RIP OFF STEALING DOMAINS, BILLING ISSUES BEWARE ripoff Billing theft lies

I have been with 1and1 internet for a few years and I tried to transfer a domain to a different host. Thats when stuff started happening, All of a sudden my contact details in whois changed... I WAS NO LONGER THE OWNER! @!!! It now says 1and1 owns it. They also now say I owe then 986 dollars in legal fees to protect my domain???
