I received credit for 400 dollars

I went to Sears and bought somethings, applied for credit and got 400 dollars worth of credit. I haven't received my card nor any information on the acct. Don't add any late fees on my acct. I have called several times and they have said that they have no record of me. I'm not paying any late fees. I want the card
