Nondelivery of purchased product

On november 29 i purchased a 50 inch zenith plasma television. Since that date, i have inquired numerous times as to the status of the delivery. The original time promised for delivery was to be 6 to 10 days. It has now been 25 days. Yesterday i was directed to sears resolution center where i was put on hold, with my permission, then disconnected
