Home gym online purchase - weider fitness unit

I purchased a home gym and extended waranty from Sears on line and had it delivered. They showed up late to deliver the product. The product was awful. I tried to call someone to have them come back for it. No luck, i emailed one of the email addresses that i had and they got back to me. The email said they would call me in 48 hours or something and after 4 days i finally got someone on the phone from delivery to take the product away. They said they would show on 2/5 then changed their mind and came on 2/6, this time they came early. And did not bring tools to disassemble the product. I had spoken to 2 people in advance from the delivery folks who assured me they would have tools. So i had to help them take the thing apart. Then i called on 2.12 to the credit card department, they said nothing posts until 10 days after the people pick up the gym and to call delivery. Called delivery and they confirmed they picked up the product but i would have to call Sears.com about the $ Called sears.com and they couldn't help me. Asked for a supervisor and was put on hold for 5 min. They told me that i would need to call the warantee company to get a refund from them, luckily they did that with me on the phone. After 25 minutes on hold i still did not have a resolution, just sitting on the line waiting for them to hang up on me.
