Why is it that sears thinks people have nothing better todo than sit at home waiting for them to come and make repairs on their products. And then when thy dont come the best excuse is MY TRUCK BROKE DOWN.in the mean time i have wasted all day waiting. I found in my computer under FUE the excuse of MY TRUCK BROKE DOWN it was under MY DOG EAT MY HOMEWORK. Can someone please fix this problem. I am sure that I am not the only one out there with this same problem
