I live in south carolina and i heard about this store. I traveled to georgia just for this store. I went to purchase 2 jackets that was on a rack with a sign saying buy 1 get one free.By the time i got to the register the sign was removed. The sales associate who said he was the manager was very rude and disrespectful. When he was ringing up the mens jacket he was the one who stated it wasn't ringing up the sale price. I said yes you are right they are on sale. He proceeded to check the hard copy of the items on sale. He couldn't find it. So he asked the man next to him. The man said those went off sale yesterday. I said well there is a whole rack with the sign on it. We both went back to the rack and to my surprise the sign was changed. I said he must have just changed the sign. He got very defensive and rude. I asked him not to act like that. He was very sarcastic with his words. Not professional for a manager. I know the law reguires a business to honor their error, which is why he was acting like that, but that is no excuse. I felt very disrespected and embarrassed by his actions.
