Sedd broken product, never returned my calls

Www.ohioinfraredsaunas.com is a scam. I'm so angry I can barely type.

I've ordered a sauna from them, but when it arrived it simply won't work.

I've called and emailed them regarding it for weeks, but no responce.

I'm not sure if I can reverse a transaction through my Credit card company, as I've received their product even though it doesn't work.
