Tad Timothy and Frank Fugarino and their company, Proper Promotion Inc. Is in breach of contract. Proper Promotion does not pay their bills. Proper Promotion websites were shut off due to breach of contract. The $8,000 they refer to was applied to the total amount in breach for the entire contract as stated in our agreement.

Tad and Frank apparently received this communication from our attorney via email but were too cowardly to sign for the hard copy version sent via certified mail, which only makes our case stronger. Thanks, guys. And now we can share the factual information with all of you nice people out there. Haha
We have never posted previously on this website or any other website any information about Proper Promotion, Inc., why should we? There just a wannabe in breach of their contract with us and have committed other criminal acts. We are only doing so now in a moral rebuttal. They’ll probably respond with more lies and another delusional rant, but whatever floats their boat. We know for a fact the courts will rule in our favor.
Our evidence speaks the truth and shows that we honored our agreement with them to provide the services that we agreed to provide. We did great work that is worthy of awards. We had taken a personal interest in trying to specifically help Tad and this is how he repays us, by public defamation of character, breach of contract, and everything else we mentioned in the letter we sent. Tad's and Frank’s lies and rants are baseless hearsay. LucidStream’s amazing growth can be attributed to our other clients who realize exceptional value in our work and their profit from it. Many of them are not posted on our website due to confidentiality agreements.
Our business partners, clients, and anyone associated with LucidStream are not affected by these rants published by Proper Promotion. Several of them have noted that Proper Promotion has effectively promoted themselves as unprofessional in skills they claim they have years of know-how (haha right), unprofessional in marketing, unprofessional behavior and lack of maturity is an indication of their wrongdoing and guilt as they continue to back-peddle, in an effort to distract from the truth: that Proper Promotion ignores its financial obligations, breaching its agreements with suppliers and does not pay its bills.
I have informed my attorneys that your chance for atonement has come and gone. I want the full measure of the law to be levied upon you.
