I recently decided to change my phone and data/internet services from One Communications to another company. The phone change went fairly smoothly and I understoodn I had to pay a modest fee to cancel my contract, however when I informed them I was changing my internet service they informed me I had to pay them $2,925.00 as a contract cancelation fee. I have asked them to send me a copy of the contract with my signature outlining the fee structure for canceling the contract and as of today they have not been able to do so. I changed because I found another provider that will cut me fees in half.
