During last spring, I was contacted by a company called One Communications that offered me phone and internet at a substantially cheaper price than Verizon was. Curious about the offer, I decided to give them a chance. Upon changing services, they did some work on the switches outside which ultimately did not allow Verizon to change service back for quite some time. On top of that, I never received any service and was actually cut off from the internet for months. When changing back to Verizon, I was billed roughly $5,000.00 by One Communications for a breach of contract. I had never even received service and I actually lost a substantial amount of business for not having internet because of the fact that Airline tickets are now processed online. I feel cheated! Please help and thanks very much for your time. - abdyl ali koprencka
