We were looking for an internet service through Qwest Communications and were signed up for a 2 year contract through a third party. We dont even know that that meant. We did not sign any contracts for this service. Qwest service was piss poor and very hard to deal with in their customer service department.
We are very very dissatisfied with their service and want out of the contract for the dsl service. We only had the service for 2 months and had nothing but trouble with them. I am on disability and on a fixed income and can not afford this FINE to be released from the contract. Please help if you can. Thank you
