CVS employee, CVS manager Lied, tried to steal cell phone. Did manage to steal SD card from phnoe. Hostile attitude

On 12-12-10 At 11:41 pm left phone on counter when checking out at Photo Department. Called about 3 to 5 minutes later and spoke to Heather Clary (employee) about losing phone. I even left another number to be reached at if the phone was located. I Went back to CVS about 5 to 10 minutes later. Spoke to Heather Clary again, this time in person. Was told no cell phone had been turned in. I looked at the one isle I had visited to make sure I didn't drop it. I purchased another item and spoke more to Heather about my missing phone. I described it and what information could be found on the phone. I then left and went home empty handed. I called CVS again and spoke to Sara (said she was the night time manager). I informed Sara of a reward, gave her the cell phone description and my home number. Sara informed me that this is the first time she had heard anything about a missing phone. I spoke to Sara about 1215am. I of course was able to describe the phone and its contents to a "t". I had this whole time been calling my cell phone. At first it would ring and voicemail would finally answer. Then I would call and it went straight to voicemail. So that let me know that my phone had been turned off. To turn off my phone you must drag and icon across the touch screen. Then you must hold down the off/on button for about 20 seconds. Then it asks what you want to do (turn off, turn on airplane mode, or place on standby). You must then touch the icon for turn off. Then it asks if that is ok or if you want to cancel that action. When I realized my phone had been turned off I went online. Sprint (my cellular carrier) has a Family Locator site. I placed my phone on GPS checks for every 30 minutes. I also repeatedly sent texts from my husbands phone begging the person just to turn the phone in and that police knew where it was located at and were being notified. This was at around 12:30am. At 1:30am I got a GPS hit. I called and notified the police of my lost and now believed to be stolen phone. The police officer said he had just received a call from CVS on Frank Street about a stolen phone. The Officer was currently in route to get the phone. I was to meet him at the Police Station. I went to the police station and received my phone. While speaking to the Officer I turned my phone on and was able to tell immediately that my text messages had been read and my SD card was removed. Just like turning my phone off there is quiet a few steps you have to go to read the texts and remove the SD card. I immediately told the officer and showed him. He went to call Sara the night manager at CVS. She informed him she would look at the surveillance video. The Officer said he'd look into it. At 5am the officer said he spoke to Sara the night time manager. Sara reported that Heather Clary was seen getting the phone on video. The officer said he'd have a detective go look at the video. I then went to the CVS store. I spoke to Heather & Sara. Heather admitted to lying about having my cell phone but only because she didn't know who the phone belonged to. Sara also said she didn't really know what was going on. That she didnt know there even was a phone found in the store until Heather had called the police. Sara showed me the video at this time. I was able to see Heather pick the phone up and "play" with it when all the customers where gone. Sara did not feel comfortable showing me the rest. She wanted me to come back at 7am when her manager and the detective would be there. I waited until 7am to speak to the "Manager". The Manager's name I spoke to at this time was named Jimmie. His demeanor and attitude was very defensive from the beginning. He mentioned the video did not prove anything and the Detective would not need to see the whole video due to it being a waste of time. He was very harsh, abrasive, and argued about what had happened. Even mentioned he never heard anything about a card until that very moment. That I was just now mentioning the SD card to get money from them. That he knew what really happened because Heather had told him. And alluded that they were wasting every one's time, be glad I had my phone back, and as far as he was concerned it was over. I know that Jimmie and Heather are longtime friends with Jimmie being Heather's landlord now at this time. I believe this is why Jimmie was so unprofessional. I am disgusted to know that the CVS employees would band together like a bunch of liars and robbers. I believe my side of the story will not get told. I am disgusted as to how Heather had my phone in her possession not even 2 minutes after I left it. She lied to me on the phone and to my face. She also lied to her managers and the police. I lost numerous information as well as personal pictures with my card. Not including the feeling of being violated and ripped off. According to the video tape - she lied numerous times, and was the only one in possession of the phone until police arrived to get the phone. I believe due to the evidence that she tried to steal my whole phone. When she couldn't she instead stole my 8GB micro SD card out of my phone. I now will have to pay numerous fines to get personal passwords changed and restart on alot of my school work. Not to mention the personal photos of family and friends. I also will have to buy a new card. And Heather Clary and Manager Jimmie, get away with lying and being untrustworthy human beings.
