Sales rep told me one thing and manager heather told me something completly different?

Heather navarro is the p.B.G. Manager and after dealing with a sales rep named mark # 4277... Mark explained the the mastercard as a prepaid master-card but i didnt no what prepaid meant... Mark sounded like a very honest gentleman and when i questioned him about his experience mark said that he had been employed with p.B. G for 6 yrs and he was 100% truthful about a prepaid master card that was designed to help me develop my payment history...

The 139.00 dollar fee i felt was kinda high and mark assured me that i had to start somewhere so i agreed... After about 3 days i realized i couldnt afford it and i called back and asked to speak with the nice gentleman named mark but the sales rep who was dealing with me informed me that mark was no-longer employed with the company... After explaining to the rep that i wanted to cancel he placed me on hold and notified his manager heather navarro...

Heather did her best to rebuttle me but i just wanted to cancel... But her version of the master-card was different than marks... According to heather the master-card had a 2500 dollar credit limit and a 0% interest and had many benefits like dental and prescription benefits...

I explained to heather that mark mentioned a few days earlier that it was a prepaid master-card but heather laughed and said that mark was a brand new employee and didnt have proper experience reguarding the master-card... I briefly remember mark saying that he had been employed with the company for along time but according to his manager heather... Mark was a brand new rep and didnt know what he was talking about

I asked his manager if i could speak with mark reguarding my master-card and she also stated that mark was no-longer employed with the company but for some reason heather talked me into keeping the master-card...

After about a month i recieved my card in the mail and to my surprise it was exactly what the gentleman mark had explained it to be... But it wasnt the 2500 dollar credit card that manager heather navarro promised... I called back and asked to speak with heather and she was once again very nice and i said to her why doesnt my master-card have any money on it... Heather laughed and said that the card was pre-paid and didnt have any money on it...

Once again i said wheres mark at and heather just laughed and said that he's not available... Heather than asked me what exactly mark explained to me reguarding the card... I laughed and said that mark had told me it was a prepaid card... She said than whats the problom... I said because when i called to cancel about a month ago you said it was a card with a 2500 dollar credit limit... Heather denied ever speaking with me and assured me that i was confusing her with somebody else but i will never forget her voice...
