Very poor customer service

On 11/19 I purchased on line with a sales rep from StopAndGoDigital.com a canon G-10 camera, 3 year warranty and LCD screen saver $361.93 on order confrimation number 34178-IN-P. This order encludes $22.95 of shipping fees. I asked the sales rep why there was shipping and he said that I qualified for the free upgrade of express shipping so I let it go. I received conformation the same day on this order. I called back on 11/23/09 to check on my order and was told that it was on back order. The sales rep led me to believe with express shipping it was going out within 24 hours. I tries callin the customer service department that week with no luck. I sent an email asking for a time frame of delivery with no response. I called again today the 1st of December and was told that my order was cancelled on the 23rd of November. Wow. No call or email to inform me. I also saw that they raised the price of the camera I wanted by $90 on their website. I was willing to wait for the availability of the camera if someone would communicate with me. This is got to be the worst customer service I have ever had.
