I have had very rude interactions with the individual who was answering the phone as customer representative. Alos i have been waiting 4 months for an order i placed with the company

I ordered a Nikon D60 digital camera on 7/17/09 and received an order number and confirmation from stopandshopdigital.com. Two days after placing the order i received an email to confirm and follow up with my order. I called and was informed that my camera was not in stock and i had to wait 5 week for the order to come in.
The customer representative at the time tried to sell me another more expensive camera package instead. I waited for 5 weeks and called again. I called twice and received the same message... Call back in 4 weeks as the order was not in as yet. I was given a definite date of november 4th to find out about the camera but was put on hold for about 10 minutes.
I called again on November 24 and i told the same customer rep that i felt i was being jerked off and i might need to report this to the better business bureau. He got very rude and said he was going to cancel my order. I told him i did not want to cancel my order but he continued to be rude.
I asked if it was usual for customers to wait that long for an order and he waffled an answer where he said that sometimes it happened.
My feeling is that i'm being jerked/ripped off and the company has no intention of filling my order. They also took my credit card number to verify the transaction.
